Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, although reasonably spacious and equipped with necessary amenities like an iron and ironing board, were disappointing due to their location next to the noisy ice machine with old furniture and a view of the parking lot, especially considering the high rate compared to other newer hotels in the area. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with a helpful and friendly staff. The location was convenient for airport access, although not outstanding. The dining experience had its ups and downs, lacking bread but providing a pleasant setting for breakfast. Overall, my experience was average with some notable drawbacks.
I had a very average visit to this hotel. The location with a free shuttle to-and-from Vancouver airport is a definite plus, but the rooms were not soundproof, affecting my overall experience.
The hotel offers double-sized beds, but Queen-sized would be preferable for the price paid. The ice machine was convenient, but the rooms had old furniture and views of the parking lot. It appears much darker and outdated than the pictures. However, the location is excellent for quick flights.
I was quite impressed with this hotel. The rooms were very clean and quiet, though not very soundproof. My room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bed, which was ideal after my long flight from London. The service was a mix of friendly and proactive interactions, although there was one rude encounter regarding payment. The location was fantastic with professional and courteous staff, and the view from the airport hotel was lovely. The dining experience was good, but I would have preferred a sit-down restaurant with a harbor view. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although cozy and with a very comfortable bed, were not what I had reserved and showed signs of aging and lack of cleanliness. The lack of body lotion and pillows extending beyond the pillowcases was a downside. However, the rooms were very quiet, providing a restful atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable with lovely views over the river. The immaculate bathroom was a nice touch. The proximity to the airport was a major plus, especially considering it was about one-third the cost of the Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel. However, there were some dust on the TV and dresser, which was a minor downside.
The hotel rooms, booked at a discount through CPSA, were cozy with a very comfortable bed and very quiet, although cleanliness could be improved. The service was exceptional with friendly and accommodating staff going above and beyond, although some money could have been saved. The location is excellent, especially for business near the airport or traveling to Richmond and Vancouver, despite a distance from amenities. Dining was tasty as per the booking, and facilities met expectations.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi, despite being close to the airport. The service is professional and warm-hearted, with excellent staff going the extra mile. The location is a winner with easy access to local attractions, though it could use some TLC. The dining experience is superb but slightly pricey. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and location.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although needing upgrades, were clean and well-maintained, providing a neat and quiet space with a king-size bed despite some noise issues. The service was impeccable, with the friendliest and most efficient staff who were always ready to assist. The location was convenient for catching an early morning flight and being close to the airport, although the surroundings may not be ideal for those looking to walk around. Dining options were satisfactory, with early morning availability and decent service, though nothing extraordinary. Overall, the value for money was reasonable, considering the amenities offered.
The hotel has obviously been unoccupied for a while, rooms are on the small size, and they were not ready when we went up to our rooms. The decor was very tired and old-fashioned. The staff had to make up for the slack, holes in the sheets, hard mattresses, and dust all around corners of the rooms. The price is not worth more than $99.00 a night, not $300.00.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable with lovely views over the river and an immaculate bathroom, but it was right next to a broken ice machine. The service was really nice; I was given a taxi promptly. The location was great being near the airport, but a bit far from downtown Richmond. The dining experience was good with tasty options, but a bit on the expensive side.
The hotel offers neat, quiet rooms with a great view of the Marina & gardens, though the price may seem a bit high for solo travelers. The service is attentive, and the location is excellent for airport access.
